甑 (pronounced "gift") is an ancient Chinese steaming utensil, which is the upper part of the 甗 (pronounced "yan"), which is connected to the mane (pronounced "li") through a hollowed-out grate, which is used to place food and cook the food in the koji using the steam in the bristle. Most are round, with or without ears. The glutinous rice cake steamed with "Koshiki" is called "Koshiki Cake", and the ingredients are large red dates and kidney beans, and when eaten, white sand sugar is added.

There is also a small food in Xi'an Muslim Street, which is a glutinous rice cake steamed with a mold like a small round mirror, called mirror cake, the ingredient is preserved fruit, and when you eat it, you put honey or osmanthus sugar.
