Mirror cake is a famous food snack in Xi'an, the shape is as small as a mirror, it is also round as a mirror, and it is thick and not heavy. Generally, this kind of snack is flowing with the tricycle and is steamed and eaten.

method
1. Rinse the rice and glutinous rice in a colander, spread out to dry and whisk into a blender to form rice flour.
2. Stir with water until the rice flour is moist.
3. Loosen the rice noodles by hand, put a small spoon into a small container coated with oil, do not compact, and smooth the surface.
4. Bring water to a boil in the steamer, place the small container on the grate, cover the pot and steam for 8 minutes.
5. Use a toothpick to pick out the steamed mirror cake and insert two toothpicks into each cake.
6. Use a spoon to drizzle the rose sauce over the mirror cake.
7. Sprinkle with cooked peanuts rolled out with a rolling pin.
Tips
It doesn't matter if the rice flour particles are slightly larger.
If the rose sauce is dry, it can be diluted with honey.
