Ingredients required:
Glutinous rice flour, red dates, peanuts, black sesame seeds, honey, sugar, cooking oil, boiling water

Preparation steps:
Step 1: Prepare an appropriate amount of black sesame seeds, dates, peanuts, wash and drain and set aside.
Step 2: Heat the pot, then pour the black sesame seeds into the pot, fry over medium-low heat, fry until the sesame seeds beat in the pot to cook; peanuts and rice are also directly put into the pot, stir-fry on low heat until crackling, continue to fry until the sound ends, then remove the peanut coat for later; the red dates are pitted and cut into pieces for later.
Step 3: Pour the prepared peanuts, black sesame seeds, and dates into a wall breaker and beat them into a powder with slightly particles.
Step 4: Add an appropriate amount of honey to the beaten powder and stir well, then form the powder into small balls and set aside.
Step 5: Prepare an appropriate amount of glutinous rice flour in the bowl, then add an appropriate amount of sugar according to the sweetness of your personal preference and stir well; then add the freshly boiled water to it a small amount of times, mix it into a large flocculent shape without adding water; then knead it into a ball and set aside. If the dough is too dry, add some boiling water again.
Step 6: Move the kneaded dough to the board, add a small spoonful of cooking oil, and knead the oil into the dough thoroughly; then rub the dough into strips and cut the dough; finally press a pit on the dough, put the filling, wrap it in a tiger's mouth and roll it into a circle for later.
Step 7: Heat the pot, add enough cooking oil, then put in the wrapped small balls and fry them slowly, wait for the balls to float, use chopsticks to stir slightly, so that the balls are heated evenly; continue to fry until the balls become golden brown, you can drain the oil, and then put them on a plate covered with oil absorbent paper.
Production key points:
1. The croquettes must be turned on a small fire throughout the whole process to prevent the balls from exploding.
2. When making noodles, add water a small amount of water many times, as long as you can knead the dough.
