The State Grid Feixi County Power Supply Company and the United Nations Electric Vehicle Company took the lead in carrying out the pilot work of charging pile "unified construction and unified operation" in The Jinyu Tiandicheng Community in Feixi, which is also the first residential charging pile "unified construction and unified operation" project in Hefei.
"The 'unified construction and unified operation' model mainly aims at a series of problems such as difficult construction and management of charging facilities in existing residential areas, large safety risks, and insufficient distribution capacity, and the charging operators and property service enterprises jointly carry out unified planning and design, unified construction and transformation, and unified operation and maintenance of charging piles in residential areas." Liu Yue, special director of electric vehicles of the State Grid Feixi County Power Supply Company, introduced. The company United Nations Network Electric Vehicle Company took the initiative to dock with the residential property company, explored the construction conditions and needs of the charging pile in advance, planned the power supply path of the charging pile, and signed a cooperation agreement with the residential property to realize the rapid installation and use of the charging pile.
Up to now, the community has completed the pilot construction of charging piles "unified construction and unified operation", and a total of 2 60 kilowatts of DC charging piles and 8 7 kilowatts of AC charging piles have been built, which have met the various charging needs of community residents and have been unanimously praised by the community properties and owners.
