The 10 millionth engine of Yuchai that came off the production line this time is the Yuchai YCK16 diesel engine, with a displacement of 16 liters, a power coverage of 560-775 horsepower, and an engine reliability life of more than 25,000 hours. The model is also the general construction machinery power with the largest horsepower in China, and is a professional high-end heavy power carefully built by Yuchai for large silage machines, cotton mining machines, mining vehicles, mining excavators and other purposes.
At present, YCK16 diesel engine has been formed with Shaanxi Tongli, Zoomlion, Shandong Pengxiang, Jiangsu World and other manufacturers and put into use in small quantities, breaking the situation that China's heavy construction machinery and agricultural machinery market has been monopolized by imported brands for a long time. With the development of various types of non-road machinery to large-scale, the market prospect of YCK16 will be broader, and the sales volume of the "14th Five-Year Plan" is expected to reach 15,000 units.
In the upcoming 2021, in addition to making breakthroughs in core technologies, Yuchai has also made remarkable achievements in market development. Since the release of China VI products, Yuchai has cumulatively put more than 220,000 Units of China VI products on the market. Among them, the sales volume of China VI in 2021 will reach 150,000 units.
In 2021, Yuchai's traditional large and medium-sized passenger market sold 27,000 units, accounting for 54% of the share, ranking first in the industry, of which the national VI bus power market share exceeded 80%. Yuchai's agricultural machinery engine sales of 110,000 units, an increase of 33% year-on-year, power generation power sales of 46,000 units, an increase of 59% year-on-year, both of which completed the original 2025 market segment strategic target four years ahead of schedule.
