On December 23, 2021, the 2021 National (Shenzhen) Outstanding Foreign-Invested Enterprise Commendation Conference was held in Shenzhen. The supporting unit of this event is the Shenzhen Municipal People's Government, the guiding unit is the China Association of Enterprises with Foreign Investment, the Shenzhen Municipal Bureau of Commerce, the Shenzhen Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, the Shenzhen Emergency Management Bureau, the Shenzhen Municipal Bureau of Ecology and Environment, and the organizers are the Shenzhen Association of Enterprises with Foreign Investment.

Qualcomm Communication Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. was awarded the title of "National (Shenzhen) Excellent Foreign-Invested Enterprise - Double Excellent Enterprise (2020)" for its good management, active participation and contribution to the development of Shenzhen, as well as extensive cooperation with Chinese industrial partners and fruitful results. In July 2020, Qualcomm and more than 20 Chinese partners jointly launched the "5G Internet of Things Innovation Plan", which is committed to promoting 5G Internet of Things applications from the three dimensions of terminal form, ecological chain construction and digital upgrading. At the 2021 China International Trade in Services Fair held in September 2021, the "5G Internet of Things Innovation Plan" was awarded the "Demonstration Case of Scientific and Technological Innovation Service". A total of 213 enterprises in Shenzhen have won the title of "National (Shenzhen) Foreign-Invested Enterprise - Double Excellent Enterprise", the title of "National (Shenzhen) Excellent Foreign-Invested Enterprise - Quality Progress", the title of "National (Shenzhen) Excellent Foreign-invested Enterprise - Quality Progress", the title of "National (Shenzhen) Excellent Foreign-invested Enterprise - Harmonious Labor Relations Promotion" and the title of "National (Shenzhen) Excellent Foreign-invested Enterprise - Safety and Environmental Protection Encouragement Award".
