According to Dahe Bao Yu video report, the owner of the car, Mr. Cao, bought a Porsche 911 at the Porsche Center in Zhengkai, Zhengzhou on April 23 this year, and the vehicle landed at a price of 1.4 million yuan, but the engine of the car exploded after driving less than 8,000 kilometers.
Mr. Cao described that the oil was full of metal debris, and the car, like a tractor, made a "sudden" sound as soon as it started, and now it did not dare to drive. Subsequently, Mr. Cao contacted the 4S store and conducted a test, and the preliminary test result was engine failure.
The maintenance plan given by the 4S shop is to overhaul the engine, and Hao Wei, the after-sales manager of the 4S store, said that in response to this matter, the manufacturer replied that the suggestion was to disassemble the cylinder head, such as the cylinder head is not opened without accurately understanding the cause of the failure. Mr. Cao pointed out that the car is newly bought, and he has to change the engine without the first insurance, and then he will compensate for 20,000 yuan and extend the warranty for three years, which is really unacceptable to himself.
It is understood that in Zhengzhou Zhengkai Porsche, after-sales manager Hao Wei and technical supervisors admitted that the failure problem caused by Mr. Cao's newly purchased vehicle was indeed true. The after-sales manager of the 4S store said: According to the laws and regulations of the state, it can meet the conditions for returning the car, and more than 200,000 taxes and fees can be refunded, but Mr. Cao's car cannot meet the conditions for returning the car, so the tax company cannot refund it.
The after-sales manager of the 4S store also said that the car will be sold as a second-hand car after it is repaired. In this regard, Mr. Cao said that he spent 200,000 yuan to pay the purchase tax, the insurance he bought, the interior decoration and the financial service fee of 20,000 yuan to the 4S store. The implication is that Mr. Cao needs to pay taxes twice if he changes cars, and Mr. Cao said that he does not understand and accept this practice, and the two sides have not been able to reach an agreement.
