The Minister of Military Aircraft was an official position established by the Qing Dynasty, and its status was quite prominent.

The Minister of Military Aircraft was the chief of the Military Aircraft Department, which was the institution directly responsible to the emperor, the source of the Qing Dynasty's national decrees and the ruling center, and the position of the Minister of Military Aircraft was "to hold the edicts of the book, to synthesize the key points of the military and the country, and to praise the administration of the aircraft." "That is, to handle military and political affairs according to the emperor's will, in fact, to do the work of a servant secretary for the emperor."
The military ministers of the last years of the Jiaqing Dynasty were Shi Tuojin of Dongge University, Dai Junyuan of Wenlange University, Lu Yinpu of Hubu Shangshu, and Wenfu, a military aircraft walking (intern) Hubu shilang.
It is said that on July 25, 1820, the Jiaqing Emperor, who was recuperating at the Chengde Mountain Resort, died suddenly and suddenly.
According to the rules created by the Yongzheng Emperor of the Qing Dynasty, when the emperor was alive, he would select the heir to the imperial throne, seal it in his own handwriting, and hide it behind the "Zhengda Guangming" plaque. When the emperor dies, please read the edict in public to establish a new emperor. There were two copies of the edicts, one hidden behind the plaque and one carried by the emperor.
But the strange thing is that after Jiaqing's death, the secret edict of the succession that he carried with him could not be found for a while. The country could not be left without a master for a day, and at that time, the courtiers were in a hurry, rummaged through the boxes and cabinets, and searched the entire summer resort.
Later, the military ministers Tuojin and Dai Junyuan were still found (some people think that they forged), and later according to this "secret edict", Mianning was declared the heir to the imperial throne, that is, the later Daoguang Emperor.
Therefore, if Mianning can sit on the throne, several ministers in the Military Aircraft Department have contributed and made meritorious contributions.
But just ten days after he ascended the throne, these military ministers were dismissed. Is it really in response to the phrase "one heavenly son and one courtier"?
On the seventh day of September in the twenty-fifth year of Jiaqing (1825), the tenth day of the Daoguang Emperor's ascension to the throne, he began to use his knife against the old team of the former emperor: first, he ordered Tuojin and Dai Junyuan to withdraw from the military aircraft department, Lu Yinpu and Wenfu remained in office, and all four of them were handed over to the Ministry of Punishment for discussion; second, they were dismissed from the posts of military ministers of Tuojin and Dai Junyuan, demoted to the fourth level in a row, to compile the records of emperor Daxing, and Lu Yinpu and Wenfu were demoted to five levels to remain in office. The third was the reappointment of new military aircraft ministers: cao zhenyong, a university scholar, Huang Yu, a rebbe Shangshu, and a tobe Shangshuying. Soon, Lu Yinpu was also transferred away from the military plane.
Why is this happening? The reason is the new foreman cao Zhenyong.
According to the "Biography of Cao Zhenyong in the Qing History Manuscript", Cao Zhenyong (曹振镛), also spelled LiSheng (俪笙), was a native of Shexian County, Anhui Province, and the son of Cao Wenkuan (曹文埴) of Shangshu. In the forty-sixth year of Qianlong (1781), he entered the priesthood and was elected as a Jishi and was awarded editing. In the third class of the Great Examination, Emperor Gaozong was only able to use the Zhenyong Chancellor's son, and was specially promoted to serve the lecture. Progressive Attendant Bachelor's Degree. In the third year of Jiaqing (1798), he was the second class of the Great Examination and moved to Zhan Shi. The Father returned to sorrow, obeyed, and appointed envoys. He has been a cabinet scholar, a waiter in the Ministry of Works and a servant of the Ministry of Works. In the eleventh year (1806), Shangshu of the Ministry of Promotion. The Records of Emperor Gaozong was written, and Prince Shaobao was added. Department of Transfer, and head of Hanlin Academy. In the eighteenth year (1813), he was transferred to the Shangshu Department and a co-founder of the university. Seeking to worship The Renge University Scholar, Managing the Ministry of Works, Prince Taibao of Jin.
When the Jiaqing Emperor died, the university scholar Cao Zhenyong was already sixty-six years old, but he had been staring at the military plane in this position, why? Because although the university scholar is the highest official position of the civil servant, it is only a kind of treatment, and there is no real power. Only when he arrived at the military plane could he be regarded as a Zai Cheng and worthy of the title of Lord of the Middle Hall. So, he won't let go of any chance.
After the Daoguang Emperor ascended the throne, he looked at Tuojin, Dai Junyuan and others who regarded themselves as ministers of order, and his heart was really not a taste, and he was "envious, jealous, and hateful" all the time.
Opportunities are always reserved for those who are prepared. On this day, liu Fenghuan, an old subordinate of Cao Zhenyong and the editor of the Hanlin Academy, came to the door and inadvertently said that the "Jiaqing Testament" drafted by the Military Aircraft Minister had an obvious common sense error: that is, the birthplace of the Qianlong Emperor was written from the Lama Temple to a summer resort.
On September 6, Cao Zhenyong reported to the Daoguang Emperor that there was a major mistake in the edict, which not only insulted the ancestors, but also damaged the national system.
The Daoguang Emperor was very angry, this kind of common sense question will go wrong? On the tenth day, he summoned Tozin and the others and asked, "What the hell is going on?"
Tojin and others explained that we are not wrong, that Emperor Gaozong (Qianlong) was born in the summer resort and was not fabricated by us, but from the annotations of the "First Collection of Imperial Poems of the Jiaqing Emperor". In the commentary to the poem, the former emperor confirmed that Emperor Gaozong was born in the "Court of The Blessing of the Mountain Villa". (If you want to be wrong, it is also the Jiaqing Emperor, of course, they dare not say so)
Daoguang didn't want to listen to their explanations too much, so he directly picked up the military aircraft ministers of these four old teams, and appointed Cao Zhenyong as the military aircraft minister, but Cao Zhenyong was so happy that he almost fainted.
Of course, the replacement of the old team of the former emperor was not only because Cao Zhenyong reported one thing, but also because they thought that they had made meritorious contributions and often regarded themselves as ministers of order, and I am afraid that this is the main reason.
However, these dismissed military ministers had a good ending.
Tojin, in the first year of Daoguang, was promoted to prince Taifu, Zhenghuang Banner Mongol Dutuo, Zhengbai Banner Manchurian Du tong, Shu Hubu Shangshu, Interior Minister, Military Parade Minister, Administration Sanku Minister, Acting Fanyuan Shangshu, Shu Shu of the Punishment Department, and Shu Zuo Du Yushi. After his death, he was given the title of Prince Taishi( 谥文定) and entered the Ancestral Hall of The Virtuous Liang at the age of 80.
Dai Junyuan, Daoguang Yuannian in charge of the Punishment Department, retired at the age of 79, the Daoguang Emperor also gave poetry to send off, and ordered the official escort at the water station along the way back to his hometown, in the national food quanfeng, at the age of 83, he added the prince Taishi, died in 1840, at the age of 95.
Lu Yinpu, a scholar of the Later Bai Ti Ren Ge University to manage the Punishment Department, retired to the Crown Prince Taibao and Prince Taifu, died at the age of 79, and was given the title of Prince Taishi, Tan Wensu.
