The project focuses on the demand for functional phospholipids in the food and pharmaceutical industries, carries out the creation of phospholipase and the development and research of functional phospholipids, and forms the efficient preparation technology of phospholipase and the catalytic synthesis technology of functional phospholipids through the screening of phospholipase genes, the construction of enzyme protein expression systems, and the establishment of enzyme application processes, and realizes the production of functional phospholipids.
The project fills the gap in China's phospholipase preparation market, and finally realizes the large-scale production of functional phospholipid products, solves the urgent requirements of food, health care products and drug development for high-quality phospholipids and their derivatives, and effectively promotes the development of China's food and pharmaceutical industry, not only with significant economic benefits, but also with far-reaching social benefits.
