Application of soybean phospholipids in animal feed

author:Write and write dishes

The use of soybean phospholipids in animal production prevents fatty liver Fish "nutrient fatty liver" seriously affects the growth, meat quality and disease resistance of fish; the fatty liver of chickens can lead to a decrease in egg production rate and an increase in mortality. The physiological factor of fatty liver syndrome is mainly a shortage of phospholipids, because phospholipids are very important for fat metabolism. Phospholipid molecules have emulsifying properties, and the less than full fatty acids contained in them can ester cholesterol and regulate the transport and accumulation of fat and cholesterol in the blood. Animals make up phospholipids in the liver and can continuously transport these fats outside the liver through lipoproteins. Lipoproteins are complexes of phospholipids, cholesterol, triglycerides, and aporins, and if there is no satisfactory phospholipid, the lipoproteins cannot be formed, and the liver will be filled with fat. Because the thin liver wall arrangement is infiltrated by fat, other major chemical processes and compositions cannot be carried out smoothly, so that other related functions of the body will be affected. Therefore, a certain amount of phospholipids is compensated in the feeding guess, so that the composition of lipoproteins can proceed smoothly, and the fat in the liver can be transported out to prevent the onset of fatty liver. Cao Junming et al. (1997) study of grass carp showed that when a certain amount of soybean phospholipids was added to the feeding, the fat lipid content of grass carp liver decreased significantly.
