First of all, the Fuxing Alpine EMU CR400BF-G. It is based on the "Golden Phoenix" of the Fuxing EMU, and carries out the improvement of alpine adaptability technology, which is safe and stable, cold-resistant, wind and snow resistant and other characteristics. By adopting measures such as sealing snowproof structure, low temperature antifreeze, condensate prevention and control, etc., the train solves the problems of cold protection and warmth, bogie snow, and freezing of key components in alpine climates, and can operate at -40 °C at 350km/h.
Looking at it, the CRH5G alpine EMU is China's first alpine EMU with a speed of 250 kilometers per hour. The double-layer sealed windshield has good air tightness, and the lower skirt of the body is completely enclosed, which can be protected from heavy snow.
It is reported that at present, CRRC Changke Co., Ltd. has established a family lineage of alpine EMUs covering various speed grades, including CRH5G, CRH380BG, CR400BF-G EMUs, etc., with a total number of more than 300 trains.
