Foreign media released Tesla Model S test spy photo Taillights and charging covers have important changes

The updated Tesla Model S and Model X are expected to make small but important upgrades to the taillights and charging caps.

Recently, foreign media saw a new version of the Model S prototype on the test track of the Tesla factory in Fremont, California, which is a new photo shared by the Tesla Model S Plaid & Long Range Facebook group.

The new larger charging cap can be clearly seen, and it should be able to handle CCS-compatible charging ports with ease. Previous versions could only fit tesla's compact proprietary connectors or Euro 2 charging interfaces.

Compared to the Model 3/Model Y, this new charging cover is a kind of "inverted" one. Would love to see how it opens. The second change is the taillight design. At this point, it is not known whether the quality of the light itself will change significantly.

The unanswered question is whether only these two things are related to the updated Tesla Model S and Model X launched in Europe, or are there some other undisclosed changes?
