According to him, based on the parent company's 26 years of experience in focusing on the research and development and application of power electronic technology, Power Source New Energy has realized hundreds of patented technological innovations, comprehensively adopting advanced power conversion topology design, high power density and low loss harmonic control technology, resonant soft switching technology and efficient thermal design process, etc., to create a fuel-fired boost DCDC converter, high-speed motor controller, vehicle power supply OBC, DCDC and other efficient power conversion technology platforms and a variety of products with technical advantages.

The company has also built a functional platform integrating power and electromechanical product testing, device testing, reliability testing and analysis, failure analysis, including climatic environmental reliability laboratory, mechanical environment reliability laboratory, IP protection level testing laboratory, lightning protection laboratory and other reliability professional laboratory construction; EMC laboratory.

Power source new energy has also launched a new generation of high-density modular DCF, the module is more suitable for large-scale production, high reliability, low cost; can cover a wider range of power; more suitable for customized development, to meet the needs of different customers, short development cycle. This year, the company also launched a two-in-one controller that integrates an air compressor controller and a hydrogen pump controller, with a maximum sustained current of 70Arms and a maximum electrical frequency of 2500HZ, which can help customers reduce costs and increase efficiency of fuel cell systems.

For the existing common pain points in the industry, Ge Bingdong said that the biggest pain point is that the industry has not risen, and the competition has been fierce. What should businesses do?

In the speech, Ge Bingdong supported the move: expand the application of the industry, improve the added value of the industry, and enhance the weight of survival. At present, power source new energy is relying on power electronics technology, vertically integrating products and expanding business horizontally.

"We are not only targeting the fuel cell industry, but also expanding our business in other aspects, including ship applications, hydrogen power generation, stationary power generation, rail transit, SOFC natural gas high-temperature distributed generation, construction machinery, etc., so that before the market scale rises, we can make products more vital."

He also suggested that companies adhere to the strategy of product differentiation, rather than crowding on a track, so that the market can bloom, and everyone may live better. He took the isolated DCDC of power source new energy as an example, "Power source new energy is the earliest enterprise in China to supply isolated DCDC products in batches, and most of the domestic products are now non-isolated products." In fact, we have both non-isolated and isolated products. We predict that domestic isolation products will develop, and we have made preliminary preparations in this regard. ”

Finally, for the problem of cost reduction that the industry is generally concerned about, Ge Bingdong pointed out that cost reduction and efficiency improvement is the only way for industrialization. Power source new energy is reducing costs through optimized configuration schemes; cost reduction through industrial scale; and cost reduction through details, so as to achieve comprehensive excellence. The target of power source new energy is to reduce costs by 5%-10% per year, and to achieve cost reductions of 30%-40% by 2025.
