The TGA Winter Finals brand promotional film "Breaking the Ice, Competing for the Future" was officially launched today. The TGA Winter Finals consists of Tencent E-sports Games and series events. In the Tencent E-sports Games, a new upgrade will be carried out for the event projects, and on the basis of the popular e-sports projects such as League of Legends, Glory of kings, FIFA Online 4, and Peace Elite, a multi-track and multi-stage selection mechanism will be introduced to create a more professional event platform and a broader promotion channel for all players.
In the FIFA Online 4 program, U23 players from the FSL Pro League will represent the provincial teams in a dual capacity, and for the first time, a new 1V1 format will be introduced in the finals, in line with the international FIFA e-sports model. Most importantly, the winners of the FIFA Online 4 project will be able to participate in the selection of the Chinese national e-sports football team cooperated by the Chinese Football Association, Tencent E-sports and FIFA Online 4, and realize the dream of playing for the country.
In the Peace Elite program, the 15 provincial teams that advance to the Winter Finals will use a new initial scoring mechanism for the first time, giving initial points in advance according to the ranking of the regular season, and strengthening the connection with the finals in turn. The initial set of divisions was made as a pilot format for the Winter Finals and is expected to officially enter the PEL League next year.
In the League of Legends mobile game program, which successfully completed on December 11, more than 40 teams from the audition track, the live platform track and the e-sports association track used a step-by-step selection mechanism to compete for the place of professional qualification.
