On December 10, the relocation project of the Puyang-Yangxin Expressway (Heze Section) undertaken by the Tenth Bureau of China Railway was successfully transmitted once at the last place of the 500 kV double-circuit ultra-high voltage power line relocation project. Up to now, the relocation tasks of 500 kV ultra-high pressure in four places of the project have been completed, laying the foundation for the construction of earthworks, roadbeds and bridges in front of Puxin Expressway Station.

The Heze section of the Puxin Expressway is an important part of the "Seven Links" in the main skeleton of the Expressway Network planning in Shandong Province, "Nine Vertical, Five Horizontal, One Ring and Seven Links", which is located in Juancheng County, Peony District, High-tech Zone and Cao County, passing through 11 townships and towns, with a total length of 66.896 kilometers. The Heze section of the Puxin Expressway adopts two-way four lanes and has a design speed of 120 km/h.

China Railway Tenth Bureau Electric Power Company undertook the construction of the pipeline, gas pipeline, 10 kV low-voltage power line and ultra-high voltage power line above 35 kV all relocation projects of this section of the line. The last 500 kV ultra-high voltage transmission line completed by this renovation is the "card neck" project of the project.

According to the person in charge of the relocation project site of the Tenth Bureau of China Railway, the biggest difficulty in this construction is the need to dismantle the original 3 linear towers, and build a new linear tower and two non-tension towers, relocating 766 meters of the line, and re-erecting the double circuit path length of a total of 1853 meters. Due to the high voltage level of the relocated 500 kV ultra-high voltage line, the impact range of the power outage is large, the power outage cycle is short, and the coordination process is extremely complicated. Coupled with the heavy rainfall in Heze area in 2021, the construction environment is complex, causing difficulties for personnel to enter the site, mechanical excavation, power outage construction, etc., in the face of many difficulties, all the construction staff planned ahead, carefully organized, on-site survey of the specific situation, the use of well point precipitation, laying steel plates and other new operating methods to solve various operational problems such as entering the site. After 10 days of power outage operation, all the participants successfully completed this construction task and opened up a bottleneck for the follow-up construction of Puxin Expressway.

After the completion of the Puxin Expressway project, it will become an important north-south passage between the western region of Heze City and Henan Province, effectively improving the level of expressway networking in the region.
