Recently, Shanghai Telecom and Shencheng Travel have joined hands to create a telephone booth "one-click ride-hailing smart screen" to provide a more convenient new way for Shanghai citizens, especially the elderly.

The newly renovated orange-red telephone booth part-time "taxi booth" function, in addition to a public telephone, is also equipped with a "one-click ride-hailing smart screen", transformed into a "smart ride-hailing telephone booth". Here, people can not only sit down and relax, connect to wiFi, charge their mobile phones, but also call a taxi through simple operation.

Walk into the phone booth, click "Brush Face to Call a Car" on the "One-click Ride-hailing Smart Screen", agree to authorize and bind with Alipay and mobile phone number, and then brush your face for the camera, and then click "Call a Car" after passing. You don't need to enter any start and end information, just swipe your face or enter your phone number to send a ride request. Soon, the screen will display which taxi to take the order, the license plate number, how far away, the estimated arrival time and other information, at the same time, the public mobile phone will also receive the driver's contact number and other related information.

In 2021 Chongyang Festival, the 114 service hotline platform also opened a "one-click ride-hailing" service hotline at 7:00-19:00, and local users in Shanghai only need to dial the 114 service hotline to enjoy free call-up services, providing convenience for elderly users who are not accustomed to using mobile PHONE APP to take a taxi.

At present, 114 is working with Shencheng Travel to optimize the big data process of the service link, and it is expected to launch the 114 24-hour upgrade service for the elderly at the end of 2021.
