Recently, Shencheng Travel, a unified platform for taxis in Shanghai, officially launched a new type of intelligent networked car machine, which integrates software and hardware devices such as meter, table turner, and Shencheng travel driver terminal required for pre-installation taxi operation, so as to improve the operational efficiency of taxi drivers and enhance the efficiency of enterprise management.
The "integrated front-loading mode" adopted by Shencheng Chuxing's new intelligent networked vehicle machine is the first attempt in the taxi industry in Shanghai, and the first batch of products has been approved by the Shanghai Municipal Market Supervision and Administration Bureau, and dozens of test vehicles have been put into use.
In 2021, Shencheng Chuxing laid 200 "one-click ride-hailing smart screens" in Shanghai to provide citizens with smart travel experiences such as brushing their faces and calling cars. This year, Shencheng Travel has developed a new type of intelligent networked vehicle machine from the supply side and relying on the superior resources of SAIC Motor.
For taxi drivers, the new smart car machine is a super assistant for vehicle operation. The car can automatically bind the account of the driver of the journey to listen to orders, effectively reducing the safety hazard of using multiple mobile phones to take orders at the same time. The driver can also realize the process of brushing the face and scanning the code through the car machine, saying goodbye to the daily card swipe, regular card cancellation and other process actions; the car machine also supports querying real-time information such as charging, parking, and public toilets, providing daily operation service guarantee for the driver.
The application of the new intelligent networked car machine has also brought a reliable gripper for taxi companies to upgrade their management models. Because of its "integrated front-loading mode", after receiving a new car equipped with intelligent car machine, taxi companies only need to do simple operations such as appearance painting and top light installation, which can be delivered to the driver for use, which greatly shortens the delivery time; in daily management, through the "car management system" supporting the car machine, the taxi company manager can grasp the operation of its driver in real time, remotely carry out efficient management, and completely bid farewell to the traditional "call recall" management mode. At the same time, the system supports real-time uploading of operational data, which also helps managers to free themselves from traditional manual data collation.
For passengers, after passengers issue car demands at terminals such as the Shencheng Travel App and the one-click ride-hailing smart screen, the driver's order response efficiency can be effectively improved, and the driving, positioning and navigation accuracy during driving will also be optimized, which can effectively enhance the passenger's sense of ride-hailing and riding experience.
Recently, Shencheng Chuxing's first batch of 500 new cars equipped with intelligent vehicles will be launched one after another. It is expected that in July this year, Shencheng Travel will also combine the operation of the first batch of vehicles and feedback from all parties to further optimize and improve the vehicle products and systems, and promote more taxis in the city to enter the era of "front-loading intelligence".
