Recently, the Nanjing Consumers Association released "Who is the Cooking Artifact of Chinese Cooking?" —Nanjing Consumers Association released the comparative test analysis report of 20 smart blenders, and conducted comparative tests on 20 smart blender products. The 20 samples were purchased by the staff entrusted by the Nanjing Consumers Association as ordinary consumers. Sample sales unit prices range from 799 yuan to 12180 yuan, including 20 brands such as Midea, Suber, and Jiuyang.
Among them, 20 intelligent blenders are declared healthy without fumes or less fumes, 12 are advertised in promotional messages that contain similar words such as easy to clean, and many products are explicitly fried evenly and have high thermal efficiency.
This comparative test starts from the perspective of consumers' daily purchase and use, combines the sample publicity information, and tests and compares some of the performance and explicit functions of the sample. The evaluation items mainly include sticky pan, stir-fry uniformity, fume control effect, easy cleaning, etc.

Cleaning performance
Most products stick to the pan and are not easy to clean
Jiuyang, H&E, Grace and other 4 brand samples appeared at the bottom of the paste pot phenomenon
The results showed that among the 20 test samples, only 7 samples of the cooking container did not adhere to the residue after the sticky test, and the remaining 13 samples had different degrees of protein adhesion to the bottom of the pot, and the non-stick coating of the inner tank adhesion was significantly better than that of the stainless steel liner.

The energy efficiency of more than half of the samples is far below the energy saving requirement

The results show that only 9 of the 20 samples have a thermal efficiency greater than 80%, and the energy efficiency of more than half of the samples is far lower than the energy saving requirements. Taking the LARGEST TEST DATA LONDON FOG (LKA76) as an example, standby consumes nearly 5 kWh of electricity a month, and the power consumption is amazing, and many home appliances with energy efficiency standards must not have a standby power greater than 2W.
