Artist Profile:

Li Zaixiang, a member of the Party, graduated from Hunan Normal University with a bachelor's degree in mathematics and a master's degree in education management. He is currently the deputy director of Hunan Provincial Primary and Secondary School Teacher Development Center, the master tutor of calligraphy education of Central South University, the tutor of master of education management of Hunan University, the master tutor of mathematics education of Hunan Normal University, the national famous special teacher of secondary school mathematics, the gold medal coach of international Olympiad, calligraphy seal engraver, calligraphy educator, member of Hunan Writers Association, poet. In addition to calligraphy creation, he published more than 30 works such as "Strategies of Philosophical Thinking and Wisdom", "Hot Topics in High School Mathematics Competitions", "Appreciation and Training of Fountain Pen Calligraphy", "Appreciation and Training of Fountain Pen Calligraphy", "Education and Art: Li Zaixiang Calligraphy Art", etc., and proposed that the highest realm of mathematics and calligraphy is that philosophy plays a decisive role, and the basic education of poetry and calligraphy contemporary literati.

He is currently a director of the China Calligraphy Artists Association, a director of the Calligraphy Education Professional Committee of the China Education Society, the chief editor of the Calligraphy and Painting Examination Guidance Book (Hard Pen Calligraphy) of the Examination Center of the Ministry of Education, a member of the Hunan Provincial Calligraphers Education Committee, the chairman of the Hunan Provincial Calligraphy Education Professional Committee, the vice president of the Huxiang Calligraphy and Painting Institute, and the executive vice chairman of the Hunan Provincial Special Teachers Association. He won the second prize of the 6th Su Buqing Mathematics Education Award in China in 2003, won the gold medal of the Chinese Calligraphy and Painting Art Exhibition exhibited at the National Museum in the same year, won the title of "Outstanding Artist of the Republic" in 2007, gave his works as a government gift to Mr. Ma Yingjiu of Taiwan in 2008, received high praise from Premier Zhu Rongji for "exquisite calligraphy and great ornamentation" in 2012, and was invited to attend the CCTV "Ink Danqing" interview program artist as a guest on May 4, 2014. On April 16, 2018, he gave a keynote speech on the "First National Primary and Secondary School Calligraphy Education Exhibition Seminar" at the National Convention Center, and made a live calligraphy performance.
