Elon Musk has reportedly confirmed that Tesla doesn't intend to offer Cybertoruck any official colors or outer films, at least not "initially."

This design will make the electric pickup very sturdy, but it also limits the color options. Although steel can be made in different colors, there are limitations and uneven painting.
Musk has previously said that owners need to coat Cyberruck with an outer film to change the electric pickup into other colors.
At one point, Musk suggested that Tesla could provide factory outer film for Cyberteruck. Yesterday, the new Tesla Cybercruck prototype was exposed, and some netizens asked Musk Tesla on Twitter whether Tesla would provide an outer film.
Musk replied: "Not at first, but there are a lot of third-party packaging options. ”
This suggests that Tesla may eventually offer outer film packaging, but this is not a priority, and initially buyers must look for a third party to resolve.
Musk continued: "As long as Cyberruck is not any color, it can have any color you want. "
This seems to quote Henry Ford's famous quote, "Any customer can paint a car in any color he wants, as long as it is originally black." He was referring to not offering different colors for the Model T model.
As for Cyberteruck, in fact it has no color at all, because the vehicle is not even painted and the stainless steel is completely exposed.
