Although it is still some time before the official release of Cybertruck, Tesla has recently announced a design competition for Cybertruck, a highly anticipated accessory of Cybertruck, in China, and Tesla asked the competition team to design a battery pack that can eventually be used on its final product.
The competition was released by Tesla China's official Weibo, and the name of the competition is "2022 World Power Battery Conference Power Battery Integration and Management Technology Challenge".
The post also added that the design must use a 2170 battery, and that teams with ideas will not be alone, that Tesla R&D technical experts will provide full technical guidance, and that many veterans of the automotive and battery industries will provide feedback on these ideas.
Teams can submit their designs by July 25, the event will pay up to 200,000 rmb ($30,000), and Tesla may also have your designs in Cyberquad.
