Ubisoft officially explained that the 1.4.1 patch to re-download the entire Assassin's Creed: Temple of Heroes is an official "data recombination" in order to reduce the game's local storage capacity, so it is impossible to update the current game, and players must download the entire game to replace it. Patches have integrated game files to reduce Assassin's Creed: Temple of Valor's storage capacity across all distribution platforms, improved performance, reduced game load times, better world data flow, and overall performance.
On different platforms, players need to re-download Assassin's Creed: Temple of Heroes with different downloads, pc: 78GB (save 34GB), PS5:67GB (save 13GB), XSX: 71GB (save 44GB), PS4:67GB (save 30GB), XboxOne: 62GB (save 30GB). This update does not affect the DLC content, and players with "Wrath of the Druids" and "Siege of Paris" only need to re-download the game itself.
