Zhejiang News, 5 Dec (Xinhua) -- Since the beginning of this year, in order to solve the problem of "the people running empty houses and cadres not on duty," Majian Town, Lanxi City, Jinhua, Zhejiang Province, has implemented the "three-three-three" work system, and the service awareness and ability of village cadres have been improved.

According to the relevant staff, the "three-three-three" work system is an innovative move for Majian Town to force village cadres to assume their responsibilities. The system requires village cadres to concentrate on work for 3 hours a day and sort out the day's work; hold work meetings every Wednesday to carry out business study and work deployment; and convene job debriefing councils every 3 months to accept public supervision.
"After the implementation of the 'three-three-three' system, we have worked hard to standardize our work, understand and support more and more villagers, and the work in the village has become easier to carry out." Fang Zhangdu, secretary of the party branch of Yangyuan Village in Majian Town, said.
It is understood that after the town took the implementation of the "three-three-three" work system as the basis for the year-end assessment, the village cadres were on standby without special circumstances at a fixed time every day, reversing the situation of "day study" or even "not on the job" and improving the efficiency of doing things for the people.
In order to ensure the implementation of the "three-three-three" work system, the party committee of Majian Town also cooperated with the local discipline inspection committee to carry out regular inspections to ensure that the efficiency of grass-roots governance was significantly improved, and the satisfaction, sense of gain and happiness of the people were continuously improved.
