The reporter learned from the Provincial Department of Commerce yesterday that our province will accelerate the creation of a number of "Fujian restaurants" in accordance with the goal of "100 + N" in the province, outside the province and overseas, and plans to hold the "Global NEW Fujian Restaurant 123 Lights" ceremony on December 3.

In the past three years, our province has cultivated 1,000 "Fujian restaurants". In the future, our province will take Fuzhou as a demonstration, focus on the demonstration role of 30 central urban areas of "Fujian cuisine restaurants", deepen the creation of "Fujian cuisine restaurants" in the province at a higher level; outside the province, focusing on Beijing and Shanghai, open a number of "Fujian cuisine restaurants" before the Spring Festival in 2022; overseas, actively promote the upstream and downstream industrial chain of Fujian cuisine to "go out", and strive to float overseas "Fujian cuisine restaurants" on five continents.

At present, the Provincial Department of Commerce is taking the lead in planning to promote the construction of "No. 1 Fujian Cuisine Restaurant", innovating and building a demonstration base for the centralized display and trading experience of Fujian cuisine and Fujian goods, which will become the "first choice" for the cultural experience of Fujian cuisine, the "living room" for the integration of business culture and tourism, the "must-visit point" for Internet celebrity punch cards, the "new landmark" of Fujian cuisine, and the "demonstration point" for promoting rural revitalization.

It is understood that our province has deeply excavated the connotation of gastronomic culture in nine cities and one district, and extensively collected, sorted out and carefully screened 50 of the most representative Fujian medicinal diets according to the needs of the 24 solar terms of the Min people, forming a compilation of "good to eat" 24 solar terms of Fujian cuisine medicinal food, and promoting them.
