According to the Fuzhou News Network on November 19, the reporter learned from the Fujian Provincial Department of Commerce that in order to promote the prosperity and development of Fujian cuisine in an all-round and multi-level manner and continue to build a Fujian cuisine brand, in 2021 the province will build 100+N "Fujian cuisine restaurants", and it is planned to hold a "global NEW Fujian cuisine restaurant 123 lights" ceremony on December 3.

Fujian Province will focus on cultivating a number of "Fujian cuisine restaurants" with rich Fujian flavor culture and dish characteristics, actively explore domestic and foreign Fujian cuisine markets, shape the image of new Fujian cuisine, continuously promote the branding, specialization, standardization and scale of the Fujian cuisine industry, drive the coordinated development of related industries, and achieve the overall goal of promoting the development of Fujian cuisine. After three years of development, we will cultivate 1,000 "Fujian restaurants" and make "Fujian restaurants" a publicity business card for Fujian's catering industry.

In the province, taking Fuzhou as a demonstration, deepen the creation of "Fujian cuisine restaurants" at a higher level in the province, focus on the demonstration role of 30 "Fujian cuisine restaurants" in the central urban area, and build 100+N "Fujian cuisine restaurants" in the province in 2021; outside the province, with Beijing and Shanghai as the focus, open several "Fujian cuisine restaurants" before the Spring Festival in 2022; overseas, actively promote the upstream and downstream industrial chain of Fujian cuisine to "go out", and strive to overseas "Fujian cuisine restaurants" fragrant five continents.
