On the afternoon of November 17, Wang Zhongzhong, deputy secretary of the district party committee and mayor of the district, led a team to investigate the unused and idle land approved by the whole district and the plots to be transferred in 2022. Subsequently, a symposium was held at the District Planning and Natural Resources Bureau. At the meeting, the District Planning and Natural Resources Bureau reported on the overall situation, causes, work suggestions and the next step of the land transfer plan approved but not provided by the district, and the participating units exchanged statements in combination with their functions and responsibilities. The meeting pointed out that the approval of unsupplied and idle land is not only related to intensive resource conservation, but also related to the improvement of urban image; it is related to the landing space of key projects, and it is more related to the improvement of people's livelihood. The meeting stressed that it is necessary to focus on the intensive and economical use of resources, accelerate the revitalization and disposal of approved and unsupplied and idle land, and put up a chart for combat; we must establish a scientific development overall thinking, increase the stock, and add variables to the new; we must pool our wisdom and efforts, coordinate with multiple parties, and increase the intensity of project attraction; we must scientifically predict, plan in advance, and do a good job in the 2022 land supply plan; we must pay attention to systematic guarantees, and use limited resources to more places that benefit the people and enterprises.
