Wenjiang Taxation adheres to the taxpayer and payer as the center, takes the "big service" as the starting point, sets up a tax service support center, integrates the six functions of publicity and counseling, tax guidance consultation, business handling, audit and approval, operation and maintenance disposal, and demand management, builds a new pattern of tax service of "intelligent tax service hall + tax service support center + collection interactive platform", and strives to achieve the leap of tax services from "running at most once" to "not running once", and solving the taxpayer's "urgent and difficult" tax payment problem.
The tax service support center is divided into two functional sections, "YueBan Center" and "Yuelian Center", and strives to build a new tax service system of "offline services without dead ends, online services without closing, and customized services full coverage".
01 Yue Office Center
Mainly responsible for efficiently handling offline tax-related business, including the background audit team and verification team, mainly responsible for the electronic tax bureau circulation background matter review, all kinds of tax refund matters handling, export tax rebate data submission and information collection, the maximum invoice limit on-site verification, non-housing enterprise real estate transaction tax declaration, VAT declaration comparison abnormal matters and other matters moved to the tax service support center; in addition, Wenjiang Tax for individual tax, social security, VAT error correction, financial and bank tax consolidation declaration and other difficult issues The "Warm Heart Home" studio is specially set up in the tax service department, which aims to deal with difficult problems for taxpayers in a concentrated manner, so that "difficult and complicated diseases" can be "cured" in the studio, and taxpayers can avoid taxpayers from running multiple heads.
02 Yuelian Center
Mainly responsible for telephone, consultation and answering of interactive platform, transfer of complaints and reports, tax publicity and counseling and other related matters. In the consulting service, Wenjiang Taxation uses the "warm voice" to help taxpayers "contactless tax handling".
Expand the team and make the consultation smoother
The scale of front-line agents has been expanded to 1 times before the establishment of the tax service support center, and there are currently 12 service teams to provide tax answers to taxpayers, providing an average of more than 260 telephone consultations per day, and opening a special line to call back taxpayers who have given up waiting due to queues.
