To carry out training on a regular basis, first, to further publicize in depth the purpose, significance, content, and requirements of implementing the administrative law enforcement responsibility system, to earnestly enhance the understanding of all administrative cadres, especially leading cadres, on the implementation of the administrative law enforcement responsibility system, so that all law enforcement cadres can skillfully apply relevant laws, regulations, and policies in specific operations, solve problems, and earnestly enhance their ability to administer according to law; at the same time, actively cooperate with the legal knowledge examination and strive to improve the overall quality of all administrative law enforcement cadres; second, establish an internal supervision and appraisal organization. The third is to combine the actual conditions of work, strengthen responsibility, further improve the implementation plan for the responsibility system for administrative law enforcement responsibility in the whole street, clarify the main body of law enforcement, implement law enforcement responsibility, and strive to create an administrative law enforcement mechanism with clear subjects, unified powers and responsibilities, coordinated operation, and clean and efficient administrative law enforcement mechanisms.
