Guo Pu, a man of the Eastern Jin Dynasty, was a rare cattle man in the feng shui world, and history records that he knew astronomy and geography, could read feng shui, and was good at measuring auspiciousness.

When Guo Pu was not yet famous, his mother died, and Guo Pu chose a very ordinary place to bury her mother. When the rain increases in the summer, the land will be flooded by heavy water, and many feng shui masters at that time said that the land was not good, but Guo Pu ignored it and still insisted on his own judgment. A few years later, the sand was covered, and the water not only did not rise, but receded on its own, and the area around the tomb became a mulberry field for dozens of miles. This incident greatly enhanced Guo Pu's reputation and established his position in the feng shui community from then on. Many people came and invited him to go to the tomb.

There was the Jin Yuan Emperor at that time. Emperor Yuan of Jin was also a man of rough ventilation, and when he heard that Guo Pu had given people a very good experience of the tomb, he paid a private visit and went to observe Guo Puxuan's tomb.

Once, on a mountain corner, Emperor Jinyuan saw a villager burying the dragon's horn, so he went over to the villager and said, "How do you bury the dragon's horn?" According to our criminal law, this is to be cut off from the door. The villager replied, "It was Mr. Guo Pu who told me that he buried the dragon's horn here, and within three years he would be able to see the Son of Heaven." After hearing this, Emperor Jin Yuan secretly thought: He came here today to respond to Guo Pu's assertion. Secretly admiring in his heart, he was determined to find Guo Pu and let him choose a ji cave for himself, so that he could continue to enjoy the glory and wealth underground. Later, it is not known whether Guo Pu gave him a tomb or not, but he chose the ancestral tomb for an official named Zhang Yu.

When Zhang Yu's great-grandfather died, he asked Guo Pu to go to choose a cemetery, and Guo Pu chose two good caves for him and let him choose: "If you bury your great-grandfather in the first tomb, then you can live for a hundred years and become a third division, but your descendants will not prosper." If you are buried in the second tomb, your life expectancy will be reduced by half, and your official position will stop at the Qing School, but future generations will be noble. Zhang Yu didn't think about it after hearing it, so he directly chose the second tomb, and later his descendants were indeed prosperous.

Although Guo Pu was wise, he was ultimately destroyed at the hands of a good friend. Guo Pu once said to his good friend Huan Yi: "Every time you come to my house, you can directly enter the room, there is no need to avoid, but you can't go to my toilet to find me, otherwise, you and I will be in a big disaster." Huan Yi did not take his words to heart, and after a drunken visit, he walked into the toilet of Guo Pu's house, only to see him "naked and haired, with a knife set up", and he did not know whether he was practicing or practicing spells. Guo Pu was shocked when he saw Huan Yi and said, "We are both doomed." Soon, Wang Dun plotted a rebellion, causing Guo Pu to divinate, and the result was not good, Wang Dun thought to himself, before he rebelled, he was obscure, and in a fit of anger, he killed Guo Pu.

A generation of feng shui masters died like this, his death is somewhat similar to Zhuge Liang's death, although they can understand the future events, but in the end they are doomed, which may be the most reasonable destination for these cattle people.
