Recently, the selection results were announced, and the Kelsang Flower Demonstration Team of the Cabin Department of Tibet Airlines was awarded the honorary title of "National Youth Civilization" as the only unit in the enterprise group organization of the Tibet Autonomous Region.
It is understood that the Tibet Airlines Gesang Flower Demonstration Team was established in 2011 and has 48 members, including 18 party members and 30 league members, with an average age of 28 years old. Since winning the National Civil Aviation and Autonomous Region Youth Civilization Number in 2019, the Kelsang Flower Demonstration Group has adhered to the carrier of doing practical team building work, and has focused on building four youth meritorious service platforms: youth medical emergency volunteer service, youth technical skills competition, important flight support, and youth lecturer publicity team.
