Meet the most beautiful Gesang flowers
On 25 July, I received a notice asking if I would like to participate in the 15th National Procuratorial Education and Training Lecturer Group's Western Lecture Tour to Support Tibet. This glorious and challenging task is very exciting—my task is to organize a course around the examination and judgment of evidence in cases of job-related crimes, and to answer questions on business issues. Based on the feedback from the Tibet Autonomous Region Procuratorate on the teaching needs and related issues, I carefully produced a course entitled "Practice of Procuratorial Work on Job-related Crimes".
Rise to the challenge
There is always a period of life, and there is no way to know the hardships without experience; There is always a kind of hardship, and the joy in it cannot be perceived without dedication.
On the evening of August 31, I arrived at Gonggar Airport and was warmly greeted by colleagues from the Tibet Autonomous Region Procuratorate. When we came to the resident room, our colleagues from the Tibet Autonomous Region Procuratorate prepared a large tank of compressed oxygen for us, which made us feel at ease.
That night, I met the four partners of the tour group, they have already started the first day of teaching, after communication, familiar with each other, the group leader arranged the next tour work. On the second day, we taught a course to the cadres and police of the Tibet procuratorate through video conference, exchanged views and answered questions with colleagues from the Tibet Autonomous Region Procuratorate and the Lhasa City Procuratorate, and went to Lhasa No. 3 Primary School to carry out activities to bring the law to the campus. In the next few days, we went to the Shannan City Procuratorate and the Longzi County Procuratorate to exchange business, passing through the undulating mountain roads and high-altitude passes along the way, the picturesque scenery and the blooming Gesang flowers were so beautiful that it was "suffocating".
On September 4th, we took a train to Nagqu, which is 4,600 meters above sea level, accompanied by snow-capped mountains and Gesang flowers along the way. According to local colleagues, Gesang flowers love the sunshine of the plateau, are not afraid of severe cold and wind and frost, and are the most tenacious wildflowers on the plateau. On the way back to Lhasa at the end of the lecture, I was glad that I had withstood the test of the highest altitude of the trip, and I thought that there must be a silent traction of the spirit of Gesang flowers.
Gesang flower language
Gesang flower language is tenacious, beautiful, selfless and dedicated. It can withstand the severe cold of the plateau, but also can withstand the fierce sun, beautiful but not delicate, is a spiritual symbol, but also the sustenance of feelings.
During the few days I traveled to Tibet, I saw a positive mental state and an optimistic and open-minded attitude everywhere I went, which deeply affected me.
After the video lecture, the local police officers came to the podium to discuss with me the business of judging evidence in cases of job-related crimes involved in the course, and I found that they had unique insights on this. In the process of exchanges and Q&A between the procuratorates of Shannan, Longzi, Nagqu, Qamdo and other places, the depth of thinking about specific cases and specific problems by colleagues from the Tibetan criminal prosecution line made me feel that this was not only a "teaching", but also an in-depth business exchange, in which we shared our respective experience in handling cases, communicated business problems, studied ways to solve disputes, and learned from each other's strengths.
Tibet has its own unique culture, and the problems raised by local colleagues regarding the protection of cultural relics have not been encountered in my daily case, and I need to think about it before I dare to make suggestions. When the number and types of cases handled are relatively small, they are able to seriously study the business and analyze difficult problems in depth, and this spirit is very worthy of our learning.
Happiness blossoms
Gesang flowers originate from a beautiful Tibetan legend: no matter who you are, as long as you find the eight-petal Gesang flower, you will find happiness. During my trip to Tibet, I found Gesang flowers and felt this happiness.
This kind of happiness is a kind of care and warmth: the earnest advice before leaving, the warm welcome upon arrival, and the careful care throughout the whole process made me fully feel the warmth of the organization and the enthusiasm of the Tibetan compatriots in the plateau. When Lhasa No. 3 Primary School brought the law to the school, we gave the children books and maps, and interacted with them about the law. The children's sincere response and hard work in answering the questions made me look forward to the bright future of the Tibet Autonomous Region.
This happiness is a kind of revolutionary friendship that works together: the other four colleagues of the Tibet tour group are all leaders in their respective fields, and they are able to answer all kinds of questions skillfully and accurately. After 10 days of getting along day and night, I formed a deep friendship with my colleagues in the tour group, everyone summed up the harvest and talked about life, and everyone expressed their sincere feelings. I'm glad to be able to find the gap with the masters and clarify the direction of my efforts, and I look forward to having the opportunity to meet and work with them again.
After going home for a long time, Gesang flowers always flashed in front of me from time to time, and the melody of "Gesang Flowers Blooming" always sounded in my ears from time to time: "The plateau has been full of Gesang flowers, do you remember, we once agreed..."
