So Qianlong asked his retinue to summon the woman who was cooking vegetables and asked, "What are these four bowls of dishes called?" How can it be so delicious? How did you burn it? ”
The woman pointed to the dish: "This bowl is a green silk white jade plate (tofu), this bowl is a dragon's whiskers (silk root), this bowl is a red-billed green mushroom (spinach), and this bowl is a yuanhong (red pepper), these dishes are all made of keel (keel indigo) as fuel." ”
Qianlong was very happy after hearing this. He thought, "I don't know how much I have eaten, but I don't have these four dish names and tastes, if I can eat these dishes every day, the dragon body must be better!" ”
A few days later, Qianlong returned to Beijing. The next morning, after the ministers arrived, they announced that many cooks in the court would cook four dishes from the Bai family in the Spring Garden every day.

Not long after, the brigade was approaching Zhang Garden. Nearby, the people saw the brigade of people and horses on the main road, and the gongs and drums went straight to Zhang Garden.
A well-meaning person came to ZhangHuayuan Village in a very close way to report that he said: "You Zhanghuayuan Village do not know what law you have violated, and the brigade of people and horses from the capital city has come to raid your home?" ”
