On the morning of August 3, 2021, Li Xiaojing, deputy director of the Sixth Procuratorial Department of the Provincial People's Procuratorate, and three others, accompanied by Xu Minggang, director of the Fourth Procuratorial Department of the Prefecture People's Procuratorate, and Wang Yurong, deputy director of the Fourth Procuratorial Department of the Prefecture People's Procuratorate, visited the Xiahe County People's Procuratorate to supervise and investigate the civil procuratorial work. Dou Gejia, chief procurator of the Xiahe County People's Procuratorate, Ding Zhicheng, deputy procurator general, and cadres and policemen of the Second Procuratorial Department attended the meeting.
At the meeting, Deputy Procurator General Ding Zhicheng made a detailed report on the development of civil procuratorial work, the handling of civil cases, the staffing of the Second Procuratorial Department, the problems existing in civil procuratorial work, and the next step of work ideas.
After listening to the report and understanding the situation, the research team of the provincial court fully affirmed the great importance attached by the party group of our court to the civil procuratorial work, the allocation of civil procuratorial personnel, and the support and prosecution work of our procuratorate.
