Egg yolk bread
Without complicated seasonings, the most original egg bread is presented in front of your eyes without reservation or over-embellishment.

· 500 g dough portion: high gluten flour
· 70 g yellow cream
· 20 g milk powder
· 100 g caster sugar
· 5 g salt
· 1 egg
· 200 ml of water
· 8 g yeast
· 2 bread sauce sections: egg yolks
· 250 ml salad oil
· 35 g powdered sugar
· 25 ml condensed milk
· 25 ml milk
· 2 g salt
· 20 g cornstarch
· 1 tool each: scraper, electric stirrer, screen, agitator, mounting bag
· 1 pair of scissors
· 1 rolling pin
· 2 cake paper cups
· 1 oven
· 1 sheet of plastic wrap
method

1 Pour the castration sugar and water into a large bowl, stir until the caster sugar dissolves and set aside.
2 Pour high gluten flour, yeast and milk powder on the table and use a scraper to open the nest.
3 Pour in the prepared sugar water.
4 Mix the material well and press to form.
5 Add the eggs.
6 Knead into dough.
7 Flatten the dough slightly and pour in the yellow cream.
8 Knead until the yellow cream is completely fused with the dough.
9 Add salt and knead into a smooth dough.
10 Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and let stand for 10 minutes.
11 Remove plastic wrap and divide the dough into small doughs of equal size.
12 Electronically weigh several small 60-g dough.
13 Knead the small dough into a round ball.
14 Take 2 small doughs and flatten by hand.
15 Roll out the dough with a rolling pin.
16 Starting from one end, slowly roll the dough into rolls and knead them into an olive shape.
17 Place in a paper cup.
18 Add to a baking dish and let it ferment for 90 minutes.
19 Pour the egg yolks and 25g of powdered sugar into a large bowl and mix well with an electric blender.
20 Add milk, salt and condensed milk and mix well.
21 Add salad oil while stirring quickly.
22 Add cornstarch and mix quickly.
23 Place the bread sauce in a garg.
24 Use scissors to cut a small opening at the tip of the framed bag.
25 Spread the bread sauce horizontally over the fermented dough.
26 Place the baking sheet in the oven.
27 Bake at 190°C above heat and 190°C for 15 minutes until cooked.
28 Remove the baking sheet.
29 Sift the powdered sugar onto the bread.
30 Load into the tray.
