Lu You and Tang Wan's love story: wrong, wrong, wrong! Hard, hard, hard!

In 1143, the 19-year-old Lu You married his cousin Tang Wan.

Tang Wan is a beautiful, gentle, affectionate and talented woman, and Lu You's mother is Tang Wan's aunt. The two are close to each other, gracious and loving, and live a happy life. However, Lu You's mother was not satisfied with this daughter-in-law, saying that she thought that Lu You was infatuated with Tang Wan, "lazy in learning", and affected her future, but from Lu You's poem "The concubine who wants to give birth to a man", it is mainly because Tang Wan has not had children for a long time after marriage.

"No filial piety has three, and no queen is greater", so Lu Mu asked her son to divorce his wife and remarry. Lu Mu "sent several women" and asked Lu You to leave Tang Wan. Lu You was reluctant to marry, but also did not dare to disobey his mother, so he built a house outside and met Tang Wan from time to time. But under the interference of Lu Mu, he finally gave up Tang Wan. Later, he successively married the Shu Commandery Wang Clan, and Tang Wan remarried Zhao Shicheng.

At the age of 24, Lu You and Wang Shi gave birth to the eldest son, Zi Shuang, at the age of 26, the second son, Zilong, and at the age of 27, he gave birth to his third son, Zi Xiu. His family life still seemed to be happy on the outside, but the loss of Tang Wan's psychological wounds could not be healed. The reunion of Shen Yuan in the twenty-first year of Shaoxing (1151) stirred up huge waves in the hearts of the two.

Shen Garden is located four miles southeast of Shanyin City and south of Yuji Temple, and is a local scenic spot. According to legend, March 5 is Yu's birthday, and Yuji Temple is full of tourists and becomes a festival. On this day, Lu Yu came to visit Yuji Temple and played in the nearby Shen Garden. It just so happened that Tang Wan and Zhao Shicheng were also in Shen Garden. When the two met, there was no way to say a thousand words, only to silently separate.

After a while, Tang Wan asked Lu You to bring wine and dishes. What a shame! Lu You sighed with emotion and wrote an inscription on the wall:

Red crispy hands, yellow vine wine, full of spring color palace wall willows. The east wind is evil, the joy is thin, a sadness, and a few years away from the rope. Wrong, wrong, wrong! Spring is as old as ever, people are empty and thin, and tear stains are red. Peach blossoms fall, idle pond pavilion, although the mountain league is there, the Jinshu is difficult to trust. Mo, Mo, Mo!

This is the poignant and mournful, sentimental love song "Phoenix". The posterity was deeply moved by their story, and couldn't help but make a poem for Tang Wan (one said to be Tang Wan's self-harmony):

The world is thin, people are evil, and the rain sends dusk flowers to fall easily. Xiao Feng dried, tears were broken, he wanted to write his heart, and he was slanted in a monologue. Hard, hard, hard! People are everywhere, today is not yesterday, and the sick soul is often like a thousand autumns. The horns are cold, the night is dark, afraid of people asking questions, and tears are filled with joy. Conceal, conceal, conceal!

Portrait of Lu You

Tang Wan is a woman with a very heavy friendship, and the love with Lu You was a perfect combination, but it was destroyed in the wind and rain of the world. Although Zhao Shicheng once again gave her emotional comfort, after all, he had been shipwrecked in the sea. The unforgettable love affair with Lu You has always remained in the deepest part of her emotional world. Ever since she saw Lu You's inscription, her heart couldn't calm down anymore. Reminiscing about the past like water and lamenting the helpless world made her more and more haggard, and soon she died of depression. In the years since then, Lu You has gone to Shen Garden every spring to pay homage to Tang Wan.

In the spring of the third year of Jiading (1200), the 75-year-old Lu You came to Shen Garden again and wrote two of the most profound and touching mourning poems for Tang Wan:

"The slanting sun on the city paints the corner of mourning, and the Shen Garden is not the old pond platform." The spring wave green under the sad bridge was once a shocking photo"; "The dream broke the incense for forty years, and Shen Yuan Liu lao did not blow cotton. This body is made of mountains and soil, and it is like hanging a trace of xuàn (泫) Ran" (泫).

40 years of infatuation without regrets, Lu You confessed to the world. Lu You's life, fame and love are not satisfactory, his poetry and articles reveal more of a kind of tragic feelings, which is a portrayal of his life, but also the expression of his inner pain.
