steps:

3️⃣ After marinating the water, rinse the radish several times with cool boiled water to remove the salt flavor.

4️⃣ After controlling the dry water, put the radish into a jar and stir well.

5️⃣ Marinate for 1-2 days and enjoy! If you feel that the taste is sour or sweet, you can adjust it yourself.

Tips:

1. The radish should be fresh and not hollow, otherwise the taste is poor.

2. The radish skin will actually taste better without cutting. Wash the radishes. If you don't like to eat the skin, you can peel it!
