It is 3.06 meters high and 1.46 meters wide. The content is a ceremonial scene of Zhang Shicheng setting up a banquet to entertain Yuan Envoy Boyan. Zhang Shicheng (1321-1367), a native of Baijuchang, Taizhou, Jiangsu, was the leader of the rebel army at the end of the Yuan Dynasty. In the thirteenth year of the Yuan Dynasty (1353 AD), he led the Yanding Rebellion against the yuan dynasty. In the sixteenth year of Zhengzheng, after the rebels captured Pingjiang (present-day Suzhou), they pursued comfort and enjoyment, and surrendered from the yuan to the yuan. Just as the so-called "king is defeated", the reason why Zhang Shicheng is not remembered by future generations is that he was ultimately defeated. According to records, the "Monument to Zhang Shicheng's Ji Gong" was placed for Shen Wansan, a wealthy man in Jiangnan at the end of the Yuan Dynasty, to praise Zhang Shicheng's "political achievements" in Pingjiang. The stele adopts a high relief technique, fine craftsmanship, simple and strong, and the style is close to the portrait stone of the Wuliang Ancestral Hall of the Eastern Han Dynasty in Shandong, so the pavilion is inscribed with a plaque of "Wuliang Relic Track".
