New production capacity: Promote the construction of "digital" final assembly plants

In the face of the situation of multi-model and new normal, Factory 149 has carried out special planning with the goal of "grasping the whole, controlling the process, improving efficiency and strengthening quality", taking the problem as the guide and focusing on front-line technological innovation, thereby changing the production mode and promoting the construction of the "digital" assembly plant.

In recent years, a series of digital developments applicable to Shenzhou spacecraft have gradually entered the main line of production. In the construction of the problem-oriented and digital special project of quality and efficiency, the team has established product-oriented design simulation capabilities around the digital process layout of the model, carried out the design of conduits and cable networks, branch design, and then to the on-site process design process, and gradually opened up the digital work mode.

After the digital catheter production was officially applied to the assembly site, Ge Jiajun, the main post of the 149 plant pipeline, compared the product map from a seemingly similar catheter, and changed the original multiple revision of the pipeline and installation coordination into a comparison and installation, and the environmental control pneumatic pipeline was shortened from the original production time of nearly one week to two days, which greatly improved the production efficiency and quality of the assembly.

New management model: production and insurance work escorts "Shenzhou"

In order to adapt to the construction of China's space station engineering tasks, Factory 149 carried out the work of "product" and "personnel" in two dimensions, thus solving the working state of "people staring at people" and "people staring at products", and releasing more capacity to ensure the circular production of model tasks.

In the "product" dimension, Factory 149 has realized the transformation from single product delivery to "group production" of small batch product production delivery. In terms of first delivery time management, the team clarifies the relationship between production time and product effectiveness from raw material procurement, such as preparation of materials, conduit production, cable network preparation, product assembly delivery, etc., so as to ensure that the technical requirements and product quality are "double implemented". At the same time, in terms of product traceability management, the team refines the management measures for the entry and exit and storage of supporting products, refines the management mechanism of the periodicity and overlap rate of ground equipment and facilities and equipment, and establishes long-term closed-loop management of "peripheral" products, so that the "tracks" of products can be traced.

In the "personnel" dimension, the team is mainly based on professional skills, highlighting professionalism, improving comprehensiveness, and cultivating "one specialty, multiple abilities" compound talents, so as to maintain the stability of the team and adapt to the normalization of work in the new era.
