Practice steps

1: 250g pork belly, 75g sprouts, 10g soy sauce, 5 tempeh, 1 pickled chili pepper. Directions: 1. Scrape and wash the pork belly, put it in water and cook it, remove it, peel the oil and water. Immediately spread dark soy sauce to color it. 2. Put the pork in a frying pan (skin facing down), burst into brown-red pans, and cut into thin slices that are 9 cm long and 3 cm wide. Wash the sprouts, dry and cut into fine minced pieces. Pickled chili peppers are seeded and cut into short sections 1 cm long. 3. Put the slices of meat into the steaming bowl one by one, then add the pickled chili festival, tempeh, salt, soy sauce, and finally put the sprouts tightly and steam them in water. Flip it into the dish when eating.
