Today's chef's home cooking introduces two methods of Fushou fish, namely: home-cooked Fushou fish and steamed Fushou fish
First of all, what is Fushou fish? The scientific name of Fukushou fish is tilapia.
According to Baidu Encyclopedia: Tilapia, commonly known as: African crucian carp, non-crucian carp, Vietnamese fish, Fushou fish, Nanyang crucian carp and so on. Originally referred to as a mouth-hatched non-crucian fish species with Mozambique as the model origin, it is now a freshwater farmed fish cultivated by the world's aquaculture industry, and is known as one of the main sources of animal protein in the future. It usually lives in fresh water, can also live in salt water with different salt content, and can also survive in shallow water of lakes, rivers, and ponds.
The meat of tilapia is delicious, tender, contains a variety of unsaturated fatty acids and is rich in protein. Here are two methods of Fushou fish:
1. Home-cooked happy fish
【Raw materials】 About 500 grams of Fushou fish.
【Seasoning】 20 grams of green onion, 15 grams of ginger, 10 grams of garlic 2 grams of sheared salt, 30 grams of bean paste, 15 grams of pickled chili peppers, 5 ml of soy sauce, 3 grams of monosodium glutamate, 12 ml of rice wine.
【Method】(1) Fish treatment net cut flower knife, green onion cut flowers, pickled pepper, ginger, garlic cut rice. (2) Heat the oil in a pan, fry the fish until golden brown on both sides and let it out. (3) Leave oil at the bottom of the pot, add watercress sauce and stir-fry until fragrant, add ginger, garlic salt, pickled chili pepper, soy sauce, monosodium glutamate rice wine and stir-fry well, then add the fish and simmer slightly, sprinkle with green onions.

2. Steamed Fushou fish
【Raw material】1 fushou fish.
【Seasoning】 2 grams of salt, 3 grams of monosodium glutamate, 10 grams of light soy sauce, 5 grams of sesame oil, 5 grams of ginger, 3 grams of green onion.
【Method】(1) Fushou fish to clean, cut flower knife, slice ginger, green onion white cut into sections, green onion leaves shredded. (2) Put the fish on a plate, add sliced ginger, white onion, monosodium glutamate and salt, put it in a pot and steam for about 7-8 minutes. (3) Take out the steamed fish and drizzle it with soy sauce and sesame oil, and sprinkle with shredded green onions.

It should be reminded that when these two fish are fried and steamed, they should grasp the heat and time, and should not be too long, otherwise the meat quality is too old to affect the deliciousness, destroying the nutritional components such as protein.
