"Wu Zanyu Shanghang dried radish" has been passed down for three generations, adhering to the traditional craft of making and selling dried radish in Shanghang, with a century of craftsmanship and ingenuity.

"Wu Zanyu" was co-founded in 1953 by Wu Guangmei and Wu Zanyu; the two started from a family workshop to make dried Shanghang radish and picked them up in flattened shoulders to sell in various vegetable farms in the city.

In 1976, Wu Guangmei passed on the production process to the second generation of heirs: Wu Shaomin.

In 2010, Wu Shaomin passed on this craft to the third generation of inheritors: Wu Xu.

Longyan Municipal Bureau of Commerce on the proposed identification of the second batch of Longyan time-honored brands

According to the Notice on Carrying Out the Second Batch of Longyan Time-honored Brand Selection Activities (Yan Commerce Industry [2019] No. 43), after the enterprise declaration, the city's expert review, the provincial expert review process, and with the consent of the bureau party group meeting and the municipal government, it is proposed to identify the second batch of Longyan time-honored brands, which is hereby announced.

The publicity period is from October 8, 2019 to October 12, 2019, and the publicity period is five working days. Those who have objections are requested to report to our bureau or the discipline inspection team of the municipal bureau of industry and information technology appointed by the municipal discipline inspection bureau during the normal working hours of this period, and will not be accepted after the deadline.
