On the morning of June 23, Chen Zhu, vice chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress, led the enterprise bankruptcy law enforcement inspection team to Shaanxi Nonferrous Metals Group for inspection and investigation.
Chen Zhu and his party first came to the exhibition hall of Shaanxi Nonferrous Metals Group, watched the enterprise propaganda film, listened to the introduction of Zou Wuyu, deputy secretary of the party committee and general manager of the group company, on the history of the group company, organizational structure, industrial sector, comprehensive strength, scientific and technological innovation, development vision, social responsibility, etc., and inspected with great interest the innovative product models such as the titanium alloy manned ball cabin of the 10,000-meter deep submersible and the fuel shell of the nuclear reactor.
At the subsequent forum, Zou Wuyou reported on the implementation of the Enterprise Bankruptcy Law by Shaanxi Nonferrous Metals Group and the problems and work suggestions in enterprise bankruptcy. He said that Shaanxi Nonferrous Metals Group has deeply implemented Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, conscientiously implemented the strategic deployment of comprehensively governing the country according to law, attached great importance to and vigorously promoted the construction of state-owned enterprises under the rule of law, especially in the work involving enterprise bankruptcy, continuously strengthened the study, comprehension and implementation of the provisions and procedures of the Enterprise Bankruptcy Law, and carried out relevant work in accordance with the law, creating a good environment and favorable conditions for the high-quality development of the group company.
During the discussion and exchange, the members of the inspection team learned in detail about the basic situation of the subordinate enterprises of the group company that have applied for bankruptcy, especially the nature of the enterprise, production characteristics, resource status, employee resettlement, asset changes, etc., and put forward opinions and suggestions on implementing the enterprise bankruptcy law and doing a good job in the implementation of the law.
Xu Shaoshi, chairman of the NPC Financial and Economic Committee, Liu Xinhua, vice chairman of the NPC Committee, Ouyang Changqiong, member of the NPC, and Shao Junjie and Cao Renxian, deputies to the NPC, inspected the inspection together.
