Golden tricolor eggs

Ingredients: 5 eggs, 2 pine blossom eggs, 1 ham sausage
method:
1. Peel off the skin of the ham sausage and pine blossom egg, rinse the pine blossom egg slightly, cut into four petals, and cut the ham sausage into four long strips
2. Place the egg whites separately from the yolks in a bowl and stir the yolks
3. Take a heat-resistant rectangular container, wrap the tin foil inside the container or evenly brush a layer of cooking oil, add the peeled eggs, ham, and then pour in the egg whites, gently shake the container, so that the egg whites fill the gaps
4. Boil the water, steam for 5 minutes on high heat until the egg whites solidify, drizzle the egg yolks on the coagulated egg whites, and continue to steam for 15 minutes on high heat.
5. Take out and let cool, cut into slices and plate, you can eat it with chili oil or soy sauce
