Today I will share with you my own favorite "lazy three-color egg" method, no need to steam, just a pan or tamako pot to make it!
1. Prepare three peeled eggs, three salted duck eggs and three eggs.
The peeled egg is first boiled in hot water, let the yolk in the middle solidify and then soak in cold water.

2. Separate the yolk protein of the egg, add a small spoonful of white powder and a little water to the egg yolk and egg white and mix well.
3. Peel the shells of the peeled eggs and salted duck eggs and cut them into small pieces.
4. Mix the egg whites in a bowl of chopped peeled eggs and salted duck eggs, add a little rice wine and pepper salt and mix well.
5. Heat the pan or tamago pan and reduce the oil to low heat and add the egg mixture from step 4.
6. After the bottom solidifies, use a spatula to stack the egg liquid from the bottom up as shown in the picture.
7. Add the stirred egg yolk solution.
8. As shown in the picture, after the yolks have solidified, use a spatula to stack the fried egg whites on top of the yolks.
9. After both sides are cooked, let it cool and cut it.
Use a pan or tamako pot to make a beautiful three-color egg, the color is very pleasing, it does not take a lot of time to make it, people who love to eat three-color eggs must do it to see!
