Determined to remove this scourge from the Dai family, they secretly set up a plan, determined to kill the demon king and eliminate harm for the people. When the demon king's head landed, he set fire to the outside and burned the bamboo buildings and crops of the Dai family.

Luo Gongzi was willing to buy his crickets for five hundred taels of silver. Ji Gong then gave the silver to Zhou Ji Zhang Yu and let him fend for himself.

Once the cricket jumped out of the basin, he hurried to catch up, but the cricket burrowed into the ground. Luo Gongzi ordered people to dig up all the floor tiles, and the cries of crickets came from the root of the wall, and Luo Gongzi ordered people to dig up the wall and demolish the house. Wherever the crickets barked, he dismantled them, and as a result the whole mansion collapsed. Luo Gongzi, who had committed many evil deeds, was crushed inside and punished by Ji Gong.
