The brine soup and noodles are mixed, and in the process of steaming, each noodle absorbs the juice of the vegetable soup, lifts the lid of the pot, accompanied by a thick heat, the aroma is rich and fragrant, it is really an irresistible taste.

Steamed noodles are traditional noodles in Henan, Anhui and other places, with noodles as the main ingredient, accompanied by pork, green vegetables and other accessories, the ingredients are simple, fresh and fragrant.

First prepare 500 grams of raw noodles, pour them into a mixing pot, add a little vegetable oil and mix well, so as to avoid sticking to the noodles.
Spread the steamer cloth in the pot, put in the noodles and spread well, cover the pot lid, time after the water is boiled, and steam on high heat for 10 minutes.
A handful of long beans, cut into 3 cm long pieces, put into a small basin for later; a handful of washed celery, cut into four cm long pieces, put into a small pot; a piece of pork belly, change the knife into thin slices, put it into the pot.
Cut 1/2 green onion into diagonal slices; pat a small piece of ginger flattened into ginger grains, and put them together in a bowl and set aside. At this point, the ingredients are ready.
Add a little cooking oil, pour in the green onion and ginger and stir-fry the incense, then pour in the pork belly slices, stir-fry for a while, and fry the fat oil inside the pork belly. Add the beans and celery, stir-fry for a while, add 3 grams of oyster sauce and stir-fry to bring to a boil.
Add an appropriate amount of water, add 3 grams of dark soy sauce, 5 grams of salt, 2 grams of thirteen spices, 3 grams of chicken powder, 2 grams of pepper, stir and open the seasoning, boil and turn off the heat, add the excess vegetable soup juice, skim into the soup bowl with a spoon and set aside.
After 10 minutes, take out the noodles, pour them into the pot, shake them with chopsticks while they are hot, mix the noodles and vegetables well, and if dry, pour some vegetable soup.
Then spread the mixed noodles back on top of the grate, pour in the extra side dishes, cover the pot and steam for 5 minutes on high heat.
After 5 minutes, turn off the heat, remove the steamed noodles, put on a plate and serve. This steamed noodle dish is ready.
