As an expert talent introduced by Guizhou Power Transmission and Substation Co., Ltd., a master of electrical engineering from Tsinghua University, a nationally registered electrical engineer and a senior engineer, Wang Xiaoyan has rich engineering design experience in the fields of power plants, substations and new energy electrical. Since she joined the company in March this year, from the writing of a document to the solution of professional and technical problems, she has gone all out with full enthusiasm and a serious and responsible attitude, always adhering to the original intention of a Communist Party member, and practicing the spirit of "sending iron troops to Qian" of "being loyal and reliable, overcoming difficulties, using me to win, and sacrificing my family for her career".

Receiving every design task, Wang Xiaoyan will devote herself wholeheartedly, always strictly demand herself according to the standards of Communist Party members, and always uphold a meticulous and down-to-earth work attitude to constantly sharpen herself. During working hours, the mobile phone rings one after another, the owner's requirements, on-site problems, manufacturers' consultation, subcontractor coordination, all kinds of things are endless, she called these "monsters". Her brain is like an efficient multitasking system, switching freely between different owners, different projects, and different scenes; she is like having countless pairs of hands, fighting at the "monsters" that appear everywhere, fast and accurate. During working hours, she basically coordinates and deals with various technical issues. Where there is a problem, she will put down the matter at hand and patiently help everyone solve the problem. Every time it was almost time to leave work, she could calmly bury her head in writing reports, changing plans, and producing drawings. I worked overtime almost every day, but I didn't hear a single complaint from her. When it comes to Wang Xiaoyan, colleagues at the Design And Research Institute seem to have endless words.
Therefore, Wang Xiaoyan invented the "head and tail golden two hours" working method, that is, "one hour early and one hour late". Every day at work, she arrives an hour early, during which time she concentrates on the most important things of the day and sorts out the day's work schedule. After leaving work late, she can summarize the day's work and better arrange the next day's work.

The "one mine, one policy" project, such as the new construction project of 110 kV transformation and transformation of jinsha and the capacity increase project of the 35 kV substation in Weining Jieli, are the key to the decisive victory in the local poverty alleviation battle. Before the start of construction of the project, Wang Xiaoyan was well aware of its importance and made up her mind to complete the design of the "one mine, one policy" project with high quality and efficiency. Under her leadership, all the staff of the Design and Research Institute have overcome difficulties, and the current batch of projects has entered the stage of construction drawing design on schedule. In chishui city agriculture and forestry biomass power generation project sent out of the project site, in the intelligent substation engineering design optimization, in the Jinyuan photovoltaic booster station bidding task, Wang Xiaoyan are in the front, without reservation, with their rich engineering experience, take the lead in completing one difficult task after another.
In August 2020, Guizhou Power Transmission and Substation Design and Research Institute "QianxinZhi manufacturing innovation studio" was officially established. The studio is a staff innovation studio established to solve the problems in the design, construction and management of power transmission and transformation, and to improve the professional level of design. After the establishment of the studio, it has been adhering to the working principle of "rongzhi innovation, green power, service production, practical and efficient", taking pragmatism, exploration and leadership as the purpose of innovation, through building a platform for learning and innovation, strengthening the training and technical exchange activities of technical personnel, enhancing the awareness of innovation, and forming innovative ways and methods. "Design Project Management Platform Development and Application" is a project planned and implemented by Wang Xiaoyan, and it is also another "monster" that she is ready to focus on. Through the development and application of the design project management platform, the project will greatly improve the project management and knowledge management level of the design institute to meet the needs of market competition.
