Han Zisheng was originally an employee of the bankrupt enterprise Grilled Chicken Company, and recently, the Yucheng City Human Resources and Social Security Bureau found through the screening of employee files that the key information in Han Zisheng's personal file, the "Enlistment Registration Form", recorded as "Han Zhisheng", which does not match the name of the ID card, and the date of birth is September 1961, and the retirement time should be October 2021; and the "Recruitment Procedures Table" approved and stamped by the public security department shows that the date of birth is November 1965, and the retirement time should be December 2025.
How to declare retirement and at which age to declare retirement has made Wang Xiaoyan difficult. In line with the principle of people-oriented, Wang Xiaoyan intended to take the initiative to contact Han Zisheng to understand the situation, but because the parties did not retain any contact information, Wang Xiaoyan inquired from the remaining personnel of the Grilled Chicken Company, the Economic Committee, the community and other parties, and finally successfully contacted Han Zisheng and his family. After hearing about it, Wang Xiaoyan took the initiative to report Han Zisheng's situation to the leadership and superior departments, consulted the retirement declaration time of this situation and other related issues, and cooperated with the retirement management department to provide various types of certification materials, and actively handled retirement matters for Han Zisheng, and in October 2021, Han Zisheng's retirement declaration was successfully approved.
