Wang Xiaoyan, born in 1966. He is currently the deputy director of the Shandong Confucian Development Promotion Association, the vice president of the Shandong Celebrity Calligraphy and Painting Research Institute, the director of the Hongteng Huapei Calligraphy and Painting Institute of the Shandong Calligraphy and Painting Society, and the member of the Jinan Beauty Association. Focusing on the creation of flowers, birds, landscapes and characters, his works won the first prize of the second "Jiayuan Hanmo Cup" National Calligraphy and Painting Art Competition, and was included in the exhibition "The First Hong Kong International Calligraphy and Painting Competition" and the collection of works of Chinese famous calligraphers and painters, and was exhibited in the "Art China Metal Spring" column of the Famous Calligraphy and Painting Art Network.
