Suitable for the production of oolong tea, for the high-grade "color species" of raw materials; red and green tea, the color is revealed, the appearance is beautiful, the quality is still good. Like Golden Gui and Benshan, hairy crabs are also one of the four major oolongs in southern Fujian, also due to high yields. The price is low and the appearance is similar, becoming one of the "fake Guanyin" teas on the market.

First, the original leaf
Can you see the obvious barb serrations (eagle's beak) and dense millihair (Tieguanyin also has a sporadic bit of millihair) Zoom in, the barb, dense white millihair at a glance, the core features are obvious.
Of course, this is not the point, after all, distinguishing the original leaf to be reasonable, there is no soft use... After all, tea lovers are exposed to finished tea, and I think the only reason for this chapter is to enrich the content of the article.
Second, dry tea
Hairy crab: tea strips are tightly knotted, rounded stems, more white fur (some hairy crabs have very few hairs, can not only look at the milli hairs to distinguish), the color of brown yellow green, still fresh.
Tieguanyin is relatively heavy, the texture of the hair crab is relatively light, the shape of the Tieguanyin is relatively large, strong, the hairy crab is more scattered, dry and hard, the color Tieguanyin is more emerald green, it looks more fresh, and the color of the hairy crab is more old. Of course, Tieguanyin also has many different processes, only look at the shape of dry tea, not advisable.

Unlike tieguanyin's quiet and clear orchid fragrance and golden guiyang's domineering osmanthus fragrance, hairy crab is a slight hint of sweetness in the fragrance, and some people say that this is similar to the taste of jasmine, and the aroma is still elegant but not lasting. There is a saying that the hair crab is fragrant and light in taste, without the acid of Guanyin and without the incense of Huang Dan. At first smell, I feel that the tea soup has a strong aroma, the first entrance is bitter, the concentration of the taste of the tip of the tongue will be lower, and then the tongue moss will be tasteless, and there is no feeling of rhyme, and the sweetness is flat; not resistant to bubbles, and the tea soup has no aroma after 4 water. Compared with Tieguanyin, the aroma tea taste is relatively monotonous in terms of level, mellow and single.
There are also high and low points between the same variety, and my tasting feelings of this hairy crab alone can't help but seem one-sided, but there is a unified commonality between the same variety of tea, here to quote the encyclopedia's introduction to the taste of hair crab tea: the taste is pure and slightly thick, the fragrance is high, and the jasmine fragrance is slightly.
Fourth, the leaf bottom
The leaves are rounded, broad in the middle, and pointed in the head and tail. There is a saying that Tieguanyin is symmetrical, the golden gui is slender, the mountain head is large, and the hairy crab is short and fat, which summarizes the common characteristics of their leaf type. However, between the leaves and the leaves, some of the shapes are very similar, and it is biased to judge by the shape alone.
The serrations on the leaf margins are deep, dense, sharp and the serrations are hooked downwards, resembling the serrations of a crab shell, with thinner blades and slightly emerging main veins.
The identification sticker of the golden gui of the mountain crab adds a complete end at this moment, the high-quality golden gui of the mountain crab can also be not bitter, the sweetness is good, but its strength and durability can not be compared with Guanyin, and can not provide a rich and delicate, sleek taste, even if the manufacture of perfect products is difficult to reach a high grade, so it is difficult for them to position as high-grade oolong tea. Although the quality is mediocre, they have a commonality that is high yield and strong adaptability to the environment, so they generally exist as a large number of low-grade teas.
